Our mission is to provide dynamic software tools and exemplary customer support to improve the client 's bottom line._ * SUMMARY: The Account Executive role for LAAPC will develop relationships and close profitable sales opportunities with both new and existing Banks, Credit Unions and Financial Companies by leveraging relationships, product knowledge, salesmanship, and credibility. This will be done through face-to-face visits, remote presentations, phone calls, trade show and event attendance, as well as additional creative approaches one may find effective. In addition to your own prospecting efforts, leads are provided through internal marketing, strategic partnerships, and trade show opportunities. Trade show schedules will be developed on an annual basis, which will require in-person attendance, that will ultimately lead to successful sales and profitability for Lowenstein and Associates, PC. This includes developing relationships with conference organizers, planning and attending events based on the goals and orientation of LAAPC and industry market tredns, planning and developing budgeting information for the next year. An evaluation of previous and future trade show events should be made based on potential opportunities, existing clients in attendance, target audience of trade shows, cost, timing, as well as other metrics that are found useful in the evaluation process to align with LAAPC's strategic goals. * ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Field incoming sales inquiries from website portal and incoming phone calls. * Maintain client relationships with all individuals and levels within financial institutions before, during and after a sale. * Communicate with Implementation Manager and client after the sale for an effective handoff from sales to implementation. * Communicate effectively with the development team on identifying and evaluating new opportunities for new solutions. * Stay informed on post sale project progress to identify 'issue projects' that may require additional attention. * Ongoing relationship nurturing with clients for satisfaction and potential cross-selling. This also includes ensuring existing client support requests that you are made aware of by clients get timely attention. * Work with sales manager to uncover and identify new sales opportunities that may require new development to deliver such solutions. * Work with LAAPC's partner sales teams to close mutual client opportunities. * Document all leads and sales progress on individual deals in CRM Database so they may be worked and tracked through the sales pipeline. Current - ACT! CRM, but subject to change. * Create and track new sales opportunities that may touch the development group in JIRA project tracking system. * Provide updates on all progress in a bi-weekly sales meeting with LAAPC Management. * Assist in developing event or trade show marketing strategies. * Coordinates and leads daily activities. This can include setting up meetings with clients, potential clients and alternative vendors for business relationship matters. * Assists with coordinating logistics of marketing events such as potential customer seminars, user conferences, trade shows, special promotions, and other event related activities. * Assists with facility, exhibit set-up, equipment, and may provide on-site or remote event support. Keeps inventory of backdrops, projectors, computers, and other display materials. * NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor post sale project progress to ensure smooth delivery and experience for clients. Work with internal staff to identify and remove project roadblocks. * Attend meetings from other departments as needed, including but not limited to R and D, Implementation, Support. * Plans, coordinates, and schedules marketing events, such as media and marketing events, trade shows, and customer or employee related events. Coordinates PR activities at each event. * Coordinates event logistics, including shipping items, registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials or collateral, support, and pre- and post-event evaluations. * May procure and negotiate with outside vendor services. * May assist with travel arrangements for individuals or groups, such as hotel rooms, travel, and transportation. * QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree, 5 years of work experience, or combination of education and experience required. * 5 Years experience of successful technology/banking solutions sales experience selling to banks, credit unions and/or finance companies and/or lending environments, preferred. * 5 Years of quota driven/goal driven sales experience, preferred. * Familiar with selling to C-Level decision makers, Managers, and users of software products. * Ability to travel to financial institution locations and trade shows/events. * Proficient in marketing, cold calls and closing sales for opportunities provided and opportunities you create. * Experience in working within a deadline driven, fast paced changing environment. * Self-motivated/Self-starter and responsible individual. * Great attention to detail. * Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. * Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time. * Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments. * Ethics - Treats people with respect; Keeps commitments; Inspires the trust of others; Works with integrity and ethically; Upholds organizational values. * Motivation - Sets and achieves challenging goals; Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; Measures self against standard of excellence; Takes calculated risks to accomplish goals. * Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings. * Organizational Support - Follows policies and procedures; Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; Supports organization's goals and values; Benefits organization through outside activities; Supports affirmative action and respects diversity. * Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Plans for additional resources; Sets goals and objectives; Organizes or schedules other people and their tasks; Develops realistic action plans. * Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. * Professionalism - Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Accepts responsibility for own actions; Follows through on commitments. * Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information. * PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: * Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity. * Continually required to talk or hear. * While performing the duties of this job at the office location, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. * The employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 10 pounds. * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. * Although this is a fully remote position, the employee may be required to be physically present in the Cameron, MO office at times. * While performing the duties of this job at the office location, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. * The employee's work will be subject to supervision and regular state reviews/check-ins by management. Additionally, the employee will be subject to both semi-annual and annual performance reviews. * Punctual, reliable attendance is required. The employee/candidate will be consistently at work and on time; ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrive at meetings and appointments on time; is consistently available to be reached by other team members via 8x8 during working hours. * Standard working hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. Support of clients in different time zones may require working outside of normal business hours.
