SEASONAL RUG SALES PROFESSIONALS High Pay** High Season *We 're closing our GIGANTIC 170,000 sq. ft. warehouse and transforming into our 120,000 sq. ft. powerhouse store in Tempe, AZ. With 3x the sales expected, 2 Million loyal and new customers, and $1M in marketing, this is the event of the year! We're looking for someone with an eye for style, deep knowledge of rugs, and a knack for creating unforgettable customer experiences. * Weekly pay * Full or Part Time positions * Double Commission rates than any other furniture store. * Onboard training with veteran store and company sales leadership! What You'll Do: * Guide Customers: Provide personalized, expert advice on our extensive range of rugs, from traditional hand-knotted designs to contemporary, sustainable options. Help customers find a style, color, and size that fits their needs perfectly. * Showcase Our Selection: Maintain and arrange our inventory with an eye for display that captures attention. Ensure our collections look inviting and are easy for customers to explore. * Hands-On Support: Lift, move, and display rugs as needed to assist customers and keep our showroom looking its best. * Product Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of rug materials, weaving techniques, origins, and care. Answer customer questions with confidence and enthusiasm, making every interaction informative and enjoyable. * Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales goals by developing lasting relationships with customers. Deliver an unforgettable shopping experience that keeps them coming back. Education and Experience * Education: High school diploma or GED. * Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills; strong interpersonal skills necessary. * Experience: Previous sales experience in Retail environment is a plus but not a requirement.
