Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to enhance customer interactions.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
• Utilize basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory levels.
• Upsell additional products to customers by identifying their needs and suggesting relevant items.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
