As the Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling sales and sales service calls for auto as well as flat glass products and services. Additionally, this position handles customer complaints on work performed. This position will proactively generate sales. You will be the person that seeks out top-notch customers while showing off your solid sales management skills. Here's what you'll do: 1. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals. 2. Receive incoming calls using the Glass Doctor system in a professional and courteous manner. 3. Record the necessary information and provide the customer with a quotation. 4. Provide the customer with the specific reasons why they should be doing business with Glass Doctor instead of our competition. 5.Ask for the order. 6. Call back customers with outstanding quotes and earn their business. 7. Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work or develop new customers. 8. In regard to customer complaints, determine the specific reasons for dissatisfaction, enter the information into the log and forward the complaint to the appropriate person who can provide a timely solution. 9. After the complaint has been addressed, call the customer to confirm that full satisfaction has been achieved. 10. Develop and maintain a spirit of cooperation, respect and teamwork. 11. Treat all customers with respect at all times. 12. Keep work area organized, clean and uncluttered. 13. Maintain open lines of communications with management and fellow employees at all times. 14. Perform other duties as assigned which may include the duties outside this job description and may also include cross-training in related positions within the company. * Here 's What You Need to Succeed as the Inside Sales Representative: Excel at Exceptional Inside Sales: Personality that is upbeat, positive, and motivating with the ability to communicate with customers, peers and management in a clear, cheerful, easy to understand, voice. Identify Additional Opportunities to Help the Customer: Our accounts view you as the trusted expert to make the best recommendations for their current and future needs. * Education and/or Experience * Minimum of high school diploma, college degree preferred. * Five or more years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and sales experience. * Computer literacy and the ability to use standard applications, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Personality suitable to communication effectively with customers and fellow employees. * Must be insurable with a valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle. * Professional appearance and personality. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). * Must be self-motivated, energetic and results oriented. * This Job Is NOT For You If . . . * You say things in your head like "A broken window - what's the big deal?"
