We provide: * A Sales process that will provide you the tools needed to be successful. * Uncapped commissions well above the industry average! * Transparency on your commissions * NO COLD CALLING Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service * Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets * Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns * Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records. * Identify sales opportunities and generate referrals Requirements: * Proven experience in sales. Experience with In-Home Sales a required! * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Experience with CRM software * Relationship management skills and openness to feedback * Ability to learn and deliver presentations of our products tailored to our customers needs. * Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach * Must be able to lift minimal 50lbs and climb ladders for potential attic inspections * Must hold a valid Driver's License We offer above average commission plans, paid training, as well as benefits such as health and vision insurance, matched 401K and more.
