Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Specialist to lead our marketing efforts, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen our brand presence. This role involves a mix of marketing, sales, and networking to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Customer Outreach
• Identify and reach out to potential clients, including commercial properties, property managers, and general contractors
• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and referrals
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Event & Networking Management
• Plan and coordinate company events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives
• Represent Flow City Plumbing at networking events, real estate expos, and business gatherings
• Build relationships with local businesses, property managers, and contractors
• Customer Engagement & Retention
• Visit existing customers to ensure satisfaction and explore additional service opportunities
• Follow up on service inquiries and provide personalized customer support
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Marketing Strategy & Brand Awareness
• Develop creative marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive new business
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to improve campaigns

Qualifications

& Skills

• Experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales (preferably in the plumbing, construction, or service industry)
• Strong communication & networking skills - must be comfortable with face-to-face meetings and outbound calls
• Self-motivated & results-oriented - ability to take initiative and drive business growth
• Creative thinker & problem solver - ability to develop innovative marketing strategies Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
