Full description of the position

Description: A Car Salesperson, or Auto Sales Representative, is responsible for selling cars. Their duties include; * Greet customers arriving at the dealership. * Showcase the dealership's vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers. * Answer customer questions about cars, financing, and the purchase process * Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices. * Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers' vehicles. * Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer's financing and ownership options. * Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles. * Proper handling of Dealer's Tag & keys. Returning to assigned machines upon end of usage. * Maintain Company Dress Code * Proper usage of employee ancillary software and tools for time recording and HR Requirements: * 1-2 years of experience saling new or used vehicles * updated salesman license * knowledge of CRM and advertising tools (Instagram, ticktock, others) * knowledge of the automotive sector * Spanish speaking is required
