Job Summary We are a concierge personal training and wellness service that services high end apartment complexes and homes in Nashville. We are an extremely fast growing company. This job has the potential to make high pay along with passive income on a monthly basis. This job requires dedication, drive, and the passion and skill set to help people with injuries, limitations, weight loss, strength building etc. As a sales manager, you will be in charge of attending events around Nashville, setting up consultations, and getting potential clients to sign up for training. Every sign up earns a percentage that is paid monthly, even if you are not the personal training. Duties * Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' fitness levels and goals. * Sign up customers with training packages. * Develop lead sources * Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs. * Lead one-on-one training sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety. * Keep up with latest fitness trends and techniques to provide the best service possible. * Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates clients. Experience * Previous experience in personal training or a related field is preferred. * Sales background is preferred * Knowledge of Vagaro * Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and wellness principles. * Skills in store management, assistant management, or supervising are beneficial. * Familiarity with inventory control and stock management is a plus. * Experience with POS systems is advantageous for managing client transactions. * Excellent phone etiquette for client communications is essential. * Background in wireless sales can enhance client interaction skills.
