Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with new clients. You will leverage your expertise in retail and outside sales to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, Be highly motivated and cant be afraid of door knocking. Responsibilities * Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends. * Generate leads through doorknocking. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly targets. * Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure a seamless transition for clients from prospecting to onboarding. * Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications * Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong lead generation skills with the ability to identify potential clients through various channels. * Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and closing deals effectively. * Familiarity with roofing and construction sales, is highly desirable. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. * Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
