Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up. * Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and scheduling appointments to meet potential clients. * Present products and services to customers in a clear and engaging manner, utilizing public speaking skills. * Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on sales initiatives and achieve targets. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups. * Participate in dealership events and promotions to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers. * Utilize bilingual skills when necessary to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Experience * Proven experience in customer service, server's, and bartenders. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Experience in outbound sales or cold calling is highly desirable. * Background in sales management or working within a dealership environment is a plus. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. * Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in both verbal and written formats.
