Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our solar energy solutions to potential customers. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a passion for renewable energy. As a Sales Representative, you will engage with clients through various channels, including door-to-door sales, to educate them about our products and services. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers to drive sales of solar energy solutions. * Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs. * Present product offerings and negotiate contracts with clients to close sales. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction. * Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting sales activities. * Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. * Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives. * Engage in door-to-door sales efforts as needed to reach potential customers directly. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably in energy or solar sales sectors. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others. * Familiarity with software tools related to sales tracking and customer management is preferred. * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive attitude towards learning about renewable energy solutions and market trends is essential.
