Are you organized, outgoing, and social media savvy? We're looking for a dependable and creative individual to join our team and help drive our growth while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Location: Maryland Heights, MO Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: 8:30-4:30, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage and post regularly to company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Respond to potential customers via social media messages and comments
• Make appointment-setting calls to prospective renters/customers
• Track and manage our customer referral program
• Prepare and mail thank you cards to clients and partners
• Handle filing and various clerical duties as needed
• Assist/complete various clerical projects (data entry, etc)
• Support marketing campaigns with creative input and execution Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• First & foremost: Ability to multi-task
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable on the phone and professional with customers
• Experience with social media platforms for business use
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
