Are you organized, outgoing, and social media savvy? We're looking for a dependable and creative individual to join our team and help drive our growth while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Location: Maryland Heights, MO Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: 8:30-4:30, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: * Manage and post regularly to company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) * Respond to potential customers via social media messages and comments * Make appointment-setting calls to prospective renters/customers * Track and manage our customer referral program * Prepare and mail thank you cards to clients and partners * Handle filing and various clerical duties as needed * Assist/complete various clerical projects (data entry, etc) * Support marketing campaigns with creative input and execution Ideal Candidate Will Have: * First & foremost: Ability to multi-task * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable on the phone and professional with customers * Experience with social media platforms for business use * Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated * Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, etc.) * Previous experience in sales, marketing, or clerical work is a plus Why Join Us? * Friendly, team-oriented environment * Opportunity to be creative and contribute to growth * Varied daily tasks--no two days are the same * Room to grow within the company If you love interacting with people, have a knack for keeping things organized, and enjoy using social media as a tool to connect and market, we'd love to meet you!
