You must be able to prospect and generate new business as well as maintain existing clients. You must have strong computer skills, be able to learn extremely quickly, be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed. You must also be able to sell new services to clients based upon company marketing strategies provided by supervisor. You must be quick on your feet when speaking and able to be consistent and persistent in selling PCS services as well as train new clients via face-to-face meetings and ride along training. You may also be required to handle other duties as needed based upon company needs though outside sales/client trainer is the primary function of this position. This position begins as salaried but shifts to salary with commission based upon gross profit from sales efforts.
