About This Role Painters on Demand is looking for a Sales Rep to join our Nashville team! The ideal candidate is a sales representative with the highest standards and levels of professionalism with experience in commercial, industrial, and/or institutional painting. Candidates should display a proactive, positive attitude and perform all job functions as described below.

Responsibilities

• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business and any customer or vendor relationship problems within Aspire
• Provides periodic territory sales forecasts. Performs other duties as assigned.
• Must use company software in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction and commercial painting is preferred but not required.
• Must possess a strong understanding of field operations, estimating, oral & written communication skills.
• Must ALWAYS act in the best interest of the company & its clients.
• Prioritize, delegate & perform all work placing safety first in all things. Good Communication skills to work effectively & safely.
