Subaru Superstore of Chandler , a Family owned and operated Automotive Dealership is searching for a Delivery Coordinator to join our Team! Responsibilities: * Educate customers on the operation and special features of their new vehicle * Assist with pairing cell phone(s), garage door opener, review navigation system and key fobs * Review and demonstrate options on the stereo system, programming, subscriptions, and special features * Be the expert! Know the different product lines, standard features and optional packages along with the latest technology * Verify delivery paperwork, vehicle condition, and the presence or absence of accessories listed on the purchase order * Follow-up with the customers to ensure customer satisfaction and answer any additional questions they may have * Ensure delivery bay and show room floor meet dealership standards * Reports directly to the General Manager & Sales Manager(s) Qualifications: * Deliver a Truly Exceptional client experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient computer skills to include: Contact Management Software, Word, Excel, and Outlook * Process driven, motivated and have outstanding attention to detail * Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance * Committed and willingness to learn, and work as a team to achieve desired results * Must possess a clean and valid driving record * High School graduate or equivalent We provide a positive, professional work environment.
