Job Title: Change Manager Location: Must be local to Seattle, WA (3-4 days onsite) Who You 'll Work With At Slalom, personal connection meets global scale. What You 'll Do * Develop, drive and implement change management strategies: Create and execute plans to support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiative * Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify change opportunities and define project objectives * Lead change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective communication across teams * Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs * Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics * Develop strategies to minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes What You 'll Bring * Excellent skills in all facets of change management including assessment, planning, design, execution, and sustainment * Systems implementations change support experience * Strong process mapping experience * Strong skills in process identification and documentation * Strong skills in delivering learning via in-person and virtual formats * Able to use client's change management framework and standards, while also using sound judgment to meet the needs of the project * Able to work successfully with people at all levels of the company and work in a team with union-represented employees, non-union employees, other contractors, and outside vendors * Able to create change management- and/or process-related materials of moderate complexity with polish suitable for internal use, utilizing PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Smartsheet, and other standard software tools * Previous work in supply/chain finance preferred * Experience in supporting change with compliance related functions * Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to proactively lead themselves to concrete decisions and actions * Able to work successfully in complex and nuanced environments with limited supervision, and exercise strong professional judgment About Us Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
