What we are looking for We are currently seeking motivated individuals to become Sales Representatives at Carter VW in Ballard. Do you have Customer Service experience with the ability to learn new information quickly? How about a self-starter mentality? We are looking for individuals who have previous sales experience, but not necessarily automotive experience. We will train you to be a success and help you grow a career in Automotive. Pay - Sales Consultants are paid on a full commission + bonus pay plan with a guarantee of at least 1.5 times Seattle minimum wage for all hours worked. New sales consultants can expect to earn a minimum of$60,000 while experienced sales consultants can earn well over $150,000. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Be the vehicle expert.
