The Truck Shop is a busy Commercial Truck Dealership located in Auburn, WA. We specialize in a variety of brands such as Western Star, Hino, Mitsubishi Fuso, Allison, Cummins, and Detroit. We are looking for an individual with a passion for sales, customer service and building relationships to join our team! Sales experience for this position is preferred, but we will train someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and motivated to succeed. Job Duties * Provide professional, efficient, service to our established customer base * Identify and establish contact with potential customers * Conduct outside sales activities to attract and engage potential customers * Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers * Follow industry trends to identify opportunities for potential sales * Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and goals * Ability to travel and drive safely * Must have valid driver license and clean driving record Job Requirements * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Impeccable interpersonal skill with negotiation abilities * Work well as a team and independently as needed * Good driving record, able to drive safely and maintain a clean, organized vehicle * Able to physically obtain parts for customers as needed * Able and willing to assist in parts delivery as needed * Able and willing to work with government contracts and bid processes * Able and willing to use personal cell phone (monthly reimbursement provided) Physical Requirements * Able to lift up to 40lbs as needed * Able to stand, sit, walk, and climb in and out of vehicle as needed * Occasionally need to bend, stoop, climb, crouch, or balance as needed to obtain parts for customers * Able to grasp, handle, and reach out with hands and arms as needed Schedule: * Fulltime, Mon - Fri, 8am to 5pm Salary: * $18-$20 per hour (base pay depending on experience) * Commission on sales Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
