Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the seismic retrofitting market. This core of the role will exist in the residential space while supplementing with commercial sales. The role involves proactively identifying and pursuing new leads, conducting on-site consultations and estimations, and collaborating with engineers to assess project scopes. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to canvas, cold call, and with an existing network of commercial contacts. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle- from lead generation and tailored proposal creation to deal closure and handoff to production- while maintaining accurate records in CRM software. You'll provide expert guidance on seismic retrofitting solutions such as foundation strengthening, bolting, and bracing, and communicate other seismic concepts. Collaboration with the installation team is essential to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires goal-oriented independence, excellent organizational skills, and the potential to grow into a sales manager position.
