About the Role

: This hybrid role supports the Broker/Owner in residential and commercial real estate, property inspections, buyer representation, and property management. Ideal for a licensed agent ready to grow with a high-performing brokerage. With consistency and dedication, this flexible position can grow into full- time.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Conduct property and move-in/move-out inspections
• Coordinate contractor repairs and monitor job progress
• Show properties and represent buyer clients professionally
• Assist with admin tasks, CRM updates, and client communications
• Support property management and tenant relations

Compensation

:

• $25/hour for non-commission tasks and showings on Broker's clients
• $0.60/mile reimbursement for hourly tasks (not commission-based)
• 50% commission on brokerage leads; 75% on self-generated leads

Qualifications

:

• Active Tennessee real estate license
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• CRM and tech-savvy; real estate or PM experience preferred Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
