Sales Executive Benefits * Competitive Compensation Package * Salary, Uncapped Commission without Thresholds to Earn. * Paid sick days & Holidays Sales Executive Requirements * 1-4 years outside sales and/or business development experience is a must, within manufacturing or warehouse staffing industry is preferred * Goal Oriented * Sales Driven with Demonstrated Closing Capacity Sales Executive Responsibilities * In person and over the phone cold calling, B2B sales activity conducted daily * Negotiating pricing and payment terms with potential new clients looking to use our staffing services * Qualifying potential new Information Technology business for our Irving Texas Location. * Developing leads within a given territory * Consistently set meetings with potential new clients via cold calling in person or over the phone. * Submitting weekly activity reports to management team * Generating promotional materials for weekly marketing initiatives * Meeting quarterly sales goals given by management team * Utilizing company software programs in order to maintain and track leads and current client information * Preparing material for business meetings; conducting and leading professional business meetings with top executive personnel Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday Application Question(s): * Do you have experience selling any product or service to manufacturing, agriculture, or warehouse businesses?
