Overview To meet our growing needs, we are seeking to add a couple of dedicated and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our assigned customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive experience. Duties * Greet customers warmly (in person and over the phone) and assist them with their inquiries in a friendly manner. * Process orders or inquiries accurately. * Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies to enhance customer satisfaction. * Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience. * Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and maintain a clean, organized work environment. * Comfortable with calling potential customers. * Able to travel to conferences or trade shows as needed. Skills * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. * Basic math skills for accurate order processing and product quoting. * Experience in sales is preferred but not required. * Proficiency in Google workspace is a plus. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. * Calm and professional demeanor. * Attention to detail.
