Job Description: Northeast Power Dry is urgently hiring an Outside Sales Representative for a full-time position in New Jersey. This is a fieldsales position with paid training where you'll be dispatched from home with qualified leads provided. No cold calling required! Location: Must be in New Jersey! Benefits: * Medical coverage FREE for employees covered 100% * Dental , Vision Insurance, PTO , and 401k match * Weekly compensation and competitive commission plan - commissions paid weekly * Company car with fuel card * Company cell phone * Life Insurance covered 100% by the company * Partnership with local Federal Credit Union Bank * Private disability provider * Work-life balance with flexible schedule options Key Responsibilities: * Meet with homeowners at in-home appointments to determine the scope of work and provide estimates for water and mold damage restoration services. * Close deals in a single visit using high-level sales techniques and customer relationship-building skills. * Provide homeowners with the best solutions for their restoration needs, offering excellent customer service as a Project Manager. * Manage remediation crews to ensure job compliance , progress , and customer satisfaction. * Communicate job status updates with customers, company management, and insurance carriers to ensure smooth project execution. * Respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs to ensure timely communication. * Process all documentation in a timely manner , ensuring accuracy and completeness. Qualifications: * 3+ years of sales experience , with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas. * Experience in remote sales or outside sales is a plus. * Blue-collar experience is a plus, particularly in fields like construction, remediation, or restoration. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction. * Computer skills required, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software tools. * Basic math skills to calculate estimates and pricing. * Proficient in technology and comfortable using software tools for job management and reporting. * Valid driver 's license and reliable transportation to meet with customers. * Ability to work overtime as needed, including some holidays. * Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
