Job Overview: Part-Time Warehouse Associate We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role focuses on various warehouse activities, where you will contribute to achieving sales objectives while ensuring efficient inventory management and logistics support. The ideal candidate will have a strong emphasis on in-person customer interactions and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service without requiring supervisory skills. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operartions: * Assist in daily warehouse operations, including the receiving, storing, and distributing of products. * Ensure accurate inventory management, including maintaining appropriate stock levels and verifying order accuracy. * Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding shipments and deliveries. * Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines within the warehouse. * Participate in regular audits of inventory and assist in implementing corrective actions as necessary. Skills and Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent is required. * Previous experience in sales, retail, or warehouse environments is a plus. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. * Proficient in inventory management software and the Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, independent, and a quick learner. Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. * Must possess a valid forklift license/certificate for operation in Oregon. Working Conditions: * May require extended hours during peak sales seasons. * Physical demands may include standing for long periods, lifting boxes, and handling inventory.
