Fundraising Sales Representatives Responsibilities: * Engage with community members to identify opportunities for donations and raise awareness of the organization's mission and objectives. * Develop and implement strategic fundraising campaigns to drive donations and support the organization's goals. * Build and nurture relationships with new and existing donors, ensuring continued engagement and long-term commitment. * Collaborate with other Fundraising Sales Representatives to ensure donors are acknowledged for their contributions, reinforcing their role in driving change. * Assist fellow Fundraising Sales Representatives in organizing fundraising events and initiatives to further promote the organization's mission. * Meet and exceed weekly and monthly fundraising targets, driving continued success. * Serve as a passionate ambassador for the organization, representing its core values and mission with integrity and authenticity. Fundraising Sales Representatives Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience as a fundraising sales representative or in a non-profit organization preferred but not required. * Strong commitment to making a positive impact in your community. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively, empathize, and engage professionally. * Compassionate approach when engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptive environment, with a proactive mindset and problem-solving skills. * Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all interactions, consistently upholding the organization's values. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $841.00 - $914.00 per week Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
