Responsibilities

:

• Engage with community members to identify opportunities for donations and raise awareness of the organization's mission and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic fundraising campaigns to drive donations and support the organization's goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing donors, ensuring continued engagement and long-term commitment.
• Collaborate with other Fundraising Sales Representatives to ensure donors are acknowledged for their contributions, reinforcing their role in driving change.
• Assist fellow Fundraising Sales Representatives in organizing fundraising events and initiatives to further promote the organization's mission.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly fundraising targets, driving continued success.

Qualifications

:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a fundraising sales representative or in a non-profit organization preferred but not required.
• Strong commitment to making a positive impact in your community.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively, empathize, and engage professionally.
• Compassionate approach when engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptive environment, with a proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
