This role requires a strong background in inside sales and telemarketing, with a focus on technology sales and business development. The Sales Representative will utilize tools such as Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales progress. Duties * Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce products and services. * Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. * Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer accounts, and report on sales activities. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and opportunities for growth. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by implementing strategic sales techniques.
