Customer Service Representative We are currently seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! The Position: The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the proper care and maintenance of our company's reputation, as well as the quality of service provided to our customers. The best Customer Service Representatives are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer Service Representatives will play a vital role in our customers experience by providing accurate account information, responding to requests and customer inquiries, and assisting to plan future purchases.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to maintain professional appearance and behavior.
• Knowledge of our company's products and services.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
