"We build people" who build amazing things. * We're Hiring: Director of Business Development - HVAC We're looking for a strategic, results-driven leader to take the reins as our Director of Business Development - HVAC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building partnerships, leading high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth. This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-growing company where you'll have the opportunity to shape business development, lead strategic initiatives, and make a significant mark on the industry. * What You'll Do: Strategic Growth & Market Expansion: Develop and execute business development strategies specifically for the HVAC sector. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to identify opportunities. Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives and Account Managers , setting clear KPIs and driving performance. Trade Shows & Industry Events: Represent our company at HVAC trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness, establish key relationships, and drive business opportunities. Social Media & Industry Engagement: Maintain an active presence on LinkedIn and other professional platforms to connect with HVAC professionals, promote company initiatives, and share industry insights. Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with HVAC contractors, distributors, manufacturers, and key industry stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and strategic partnerships to maximize business value. Sales & Revenue Growth: Work closely with sales teams and account managers to develop strategic plans that meet and exceed revenue targets. Oversee proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure exceptional client experiences by proactively addressing concerns, strengthening long-term partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities within key accounts. Financial Oversight & Performance Tracking: Develop and manage the business development budget, track ROI on sales and marketing efforts , and adjust strategies to ensure maximum impact. * What We're Looking For: Bachelor 's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning (at least 3 years in a leadership role) Deep understanding of HVAC industry trends, technologies, and market players (contractors, distributors, and manufacturers) Proven experience leading and developing business development and sales teams Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, securing partnerships, and expanding market presence Experience representing organizations at trade shows, conferences, and industry events Active presence on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) with the ability to engage and network with HVAC professionals Ability to analyze financial metrics and market data to inform business strategiesQuantum Vision, LLC.
