Position Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Associate to support our New Home Sales Team. This role is essential to the success of our community sales offices, helping to ensure all sales processes, documentation, MLS entries, and client-facing materials are accurate, current, and professional. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of juggling multiple administrative and operational tasks in a fast- paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Weekly Sales Reporting MLS Administration Sales Office Supplies & Ordering Document Management & Sales Support Qualifications: * 1-2 years of administrative or sales support experience (real estate or new home sales experience a plus) * Excellent organizational and time management skills * High attention to detail and accuracy * Comfortable working in cloud-based platforms and MLS systems * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously * Washington State Real Estate License Preferred Work Environment: This position operates primarily out of the community sales office and may involve collaboration with other departments (marketing, construction, design). Occasional local travel to job sites or corporate office may be required.
