We are looking to bring on a qualified Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to our client's team in Kent, WA. Our client is a leading distributor of natural stone, quartz, and engineered slabs for the construction and design industry. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales orders, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the buying process. Compensation: $24-25/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-1pm Location: Kent, WA Responsibilities: * Greet and assist walk-in customers, contractors, and designers in the showroom and warehouse * Provide product information, pricing, and availability for slabs (granite, quartz, marble, etc.) * Generate quotes, sales orders, and invoices * Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person * Maintain a clean, organized showroom and update displays as needed * Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business * Work closely with warehouse and sales staff to ensure seamless customer service Requirements: * 1-3 years of customer service or inside sales experience (building materials or stone industry a plus) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Experience with CRM systems a plus * Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly desirable Benefits: * On the temp-to-hire program, you will have access to a basic MEC plan TruFit Staffing is an equal opportunity employer and does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other basis prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
