Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000 at plan Responsibilities: * Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings * Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings * Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate * Work closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing * Oversee contract processes alongside buyer's agents to negotiate contracts Qualifications: * Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills * Completes tasks quickly and efficiently * Team player who believes their success is the team's success * Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself * Commission opportunity * Superb communication * Real estate license required About Company Our team is rapidly expanding!
