Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude to work every day! * Explain motorcycle features and demonstrate on test drives * Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business * Prospect to generate a stream of new customers * Ensure every customer has a premium purchasing experience Qualifications: * Self-motivated - We look for a great personality, winning attitude, tenacity, reliability, and coachability * Great customer service and communication skills * Sales experience is preferred but not required * Basic computer and social media skills * Valid driver's license and insurance * Motorcycle endorsement is preferred - we will help you obtain it * Can lift 50 lbs. and comfortable learning to move 800+ pound Harley-Davidson Motorcycles Full-Time Benefits: * Excellent commission pay plan based on number of bikes sold, KPI's accomplished, and bonuses paid for goals met! * Excellent paid training with Harley-Davidson University * Health, dental, vision, and disability insurance * 401(k) with employer match! * Paid time off * We are closed on Sunday and Monday * Employee discounts * Career advancement with our growing organization
