Full description of the position

* Adapt warranty contract information, instructions and/or materials under the direction of Operations Manager for the purpose of supporting and reinforcing the company objectives. * Gather and compile reports relating to specific contracts for the purpose of reviewing the information with the warranty company on a weekly and monthly basis. * Bill warranty repairs according to the specific warranty provider terms and conditions and provide manifests and accompanying documents to ensure repairs are shipped to the correct recipient(s). * Bill wholesale repairs according to the approved estimate provided to the stores and provide manifests and accompanying documents to ensure repairs are shipped to the correct recipient(s). * Review and tag repairs returned to SJR as a rework of prior repairs. * Verify contract validity using the warranty provider's portal access to ensure repairs are completed within the coverage period and against correct warranty information. * Answer inbound calls, provide repair updates on repair statuses and direct calls to the correct departments as necessary. * Communicate repair updates with clients via email and phone. * Communicate escalations with management.
