Business Development Center Call Representative Position : Business Development Center Call Representative Herzog-Meier Auto Center is a progressive, family-owned business providing quality customer service for over 65years. Position Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week Schedule needed : Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30am - 5:00pm Are you detail-oriented, computer savvy individual with a background in customer service? Can you quickly navigate multiple computer programs (internet browser, excel, outlook, etc...) while having a friendly conversation with a customer on the phone? Are you a high-energy, outgoing, positive person that excels in an office environment while speaking to customers all day? This is a Full-time position that requires 40 hours per week at a desk working with a computer. You will work closely with other Appointment Coordinators as part of a department that is vital to our success. You must be very computer literate, internet savvy, a quick learner and great at multi-tasking to succeed in this position. Our training process is detailed and comprehensive, so you'll be given the knowledge and support to be successful from day one.
