Midwest Block and Brick , part of the QUIKRETE Companies, LLC, manufacturer, and retailer of masonry products, is seeking a person to join our quality team to assist customers and contractors by providing quality Sales Coordination as a Sales Coordinator , both in person and by phone! We provide a good work environment, training, product knowledge, advancement, and a team approach to selling and customer satisfaction. This is going to be in our Bridgeton, MO (12901 St Charles Rock Rd, Bridgeton, MO 63044) location! Primary Duties: * Works with outside sales rep's to assist with job set-up requirements. * Enters orders into JD Edwards system for upcoming project. * Print and distribute orders to production and purchasing departments. * Develop and send quotes to contractors bidding projects. * Maintains job log for projects bid and projects in pre-bid design phase. * Communicates with purchasing department to secure pricing on special order materials. * Maintain marketing collateral for sales team Required Skills: * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. * Available to work 40 or more hours per week. * Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. * Good organizational and communication skills * Strong problem-solving skills. * Good interpersonal and customer relation skills * Must be able to walk throughout material yards. Qualifications: * Inside sales experience helpful * Experience in building materials industry would be helpful. How to apply?
