Key Responsibilities : * Sales : Take proactive steps to engage customers, generate leads, and drive sales. Encourage add-on sales and highlight promotions to increase store revenue. * Customer Engagement & Needs Assessment: Greet and engage customers to understand their specific needs, providing personalized product recommendations based on your product knowledge. * Product Expertise & Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, new releases, and industry trends. Be prepared to explain product benefits, usage, and tips to customers with confidence. * Merchandising Products : Maintain organized, visually appealing product displays that meet our brand standards. Restock and arrange products in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the store looks inviting. * Team Collaboration & Atmosphere: Work closely with team members to foster a positive and energetic store environment that motivates success and promotes customer satisfaction. * Customer Service Excellence : Deliver exceptional service with a focus on building long-term customer relationships. Handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care. * Adaptability : Quickly adjust to changing store conditions, prioritize tasks effectively, and provide support wherever needed. * Administrative Support : Assist the store manager with various basic tasks.
