Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members. Responsibilities * Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure a smooth workflow. * Communicate effectively with staff to maintain high levels of motivation and performance. * Handle cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently. * Support wireless sales initiatives by engaging customers and promoting products. * Maintain inventory by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock checks. * Implement pricing strategies to maximize sales while ensuring compliance with company policies. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Train and mentor new staff members on store policies, procedures, and best practices. * Uphold store standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising. Requirements * Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred. * Strong mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory management. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette. * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in wireless sales is a plus. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced customer interaction. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. * Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
