POSITION: Master Esthetician RESPONSIBLE TO: Office Manager, Medical Director ABOUT US: As a once in a lifetime opportunity, this world class plastic surgery practice in Bellevue, Egrari Plastic Surgery and Non Invasive Center is seeking a highly experienced full-time Master Esthetician with advanced skincare expertise and a strong focus in sales. This is a boutique practice that has established a National reputation and has strict standards of service and care. JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a Master Esthetician who combines exceptional skincare knowledge with a passion for sales and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will already have a client base and significant experience in performing advanced laser treatments, and other high-end skincare services, with an emphasis on upselling services and retail products to enhance the client experience. You will be responsible for providing outstanding treatments while cultivating relationships with clients and meeting sales goals. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: * Master Esthetician License * BLS within 30 days of hire QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: * Must have 2+ years of experience in medical-grade skincare treatments and lasers, including Sciton (BBL/Halo), InMode (Morpheus8), Ultherapy, Microneedling, and HydraFacials. * Strong sales skills with proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, including product sales and service upsells. * Ability to educate clients about the benefits of products and services, guiding them to make informed decisions about their skincare needs. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships. * Proficient in skin analysis, recommending tailored treatments, and offering expert skincare advice. * Ability to work in a luxurious, fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism and delivering results under pressure. * A passion for client satisfaction, with a focus on providing an elevated experience for each guest. * Experience with client retention strategies and contributing to the success of marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: PATIENT CARE: * Perform a wide range of advanced esthetic services, including facials, microneedling, chemical peels, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation therapies. * Conduct thorough client consultations, assessing individual skincare needs and recommending personalized treatment plans. * Utilize your product knowledge to upsell retail skincare products and additional services, creating custom regimens for clients that align with their skincare goals. * Build and maintain a loyal clientele by consistently delivering exceptional service, ensuring clients feel valued and understood. * Maintain a sales-driven approach by achieving individual and clinic-wide sales goals for both services and products. * Promote monthly specials, packages, and new services to increase sales and attract repeat clients. * Educate clients on proper skincare maintenance and recommend appropriate at-home products to extend treatment results. * Foster an environment of luxury and professionalism, ensuring clients feel pampered and appreciated during every visit. * Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare trends, products, and technologies, contributing to the clinic's reputation for excellence. * Document client treatments and track progress to ensure follow-up appointments and continuous care. OTHER: * Work closely with the management and marketing team to achieve overall sales targets and implement marketing strategies. * Manage the maintenance upkeep of all skincare machines and lasers. * Communicate with vendors. * Attend all regular meetings. * Attends annual CPR, OSHA, and CLIA training programs * Performs all other tasks and projects assigned by the Manager or Medical Director * Active on social media platforms, daily posts. Supervisory Responsibilities This job entails a high level of patient care and safety. Typical Physical Demands Position requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, as well as manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Involves standing and walking. Employee will occasionally be asked to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds. Normal visual acuity and hearing are required. Employee will work under stressful conditions, and work irregular hours. Employee will be exposed to bodily fluids on a regular basis. Typical Working Conditions Employee will have frequent exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medicinal preparations and other conditions common to a clinical environment.
