As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales & Project Manager a dual role that bridges the gap between client acquisition and hands-on project execution. This is a unique opportunity to lead both the front-end sales process and the successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively follow up with warm leads and potential clients provided by the company. * Prepare and present tailored proposals based on client needs and project scope. * Identify upselling opportunities and offer value-added services. * Manage the full project lifecycle, including communication with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. * Supervise project budgets, timelines, labor, and materials. * Monitor on-site work quality and ensure adherence to company standards. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout each project. * Contribute to future project pipelines through exceptional customer service and follow-up. Requirements: * Preferred experience in construction, remodeling, project management, or construction-related sales. * Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage projects independently. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Business-minded with the ability to recognize new sales opportunities. * Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
