We are looking for a motivated and hands-on *Door-to-Door Marketing Manager to lead and manage our in-person outreach campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, leading a team, and driving direct customer engagement. You 'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing door-to-door marketing efforts to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and boost sales. Key Responsibilities - Team Management & Training - Recruit, train, and manage a team of door-to-door marketers or canvassers. -Train materials to ensure consistent messaging and professionalism. - Provide coaching and support to improve team performance and morale. - Campaign Execution - Plan and oversee daily field operations, including territory assignments and scheduling. - Ensure all team members meet their daily/weekly goals for visits, leads, or conversions. - Address customer questions, concerns, and objections on-site when needed. - Tracking & Reporting - Monitor team progress using tracking tools or software. - Analyze campaign results (e.g., leads generated, conversion rates, engagement) and provide regular reports. - Use data to make informed decisions on improving route planning and team efficiency. - Compliance & Representation - Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with regulations, and neighborhood rules. - Represent the brand with a professional, positive, and respectful attitude in all community interactions. Requirements - Proven experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or field marketing. - Strong leadership and motivational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - High energy, resilience, and comfort working outdoors and on foot for extended periods. - Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule. Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience managing a field team or campaign. - Familiarity with CRM tools or lead-tracking software. - Knowledge of the local area and communities being served.
