Position Overview: Washman Car Wash is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and driven Lead Sales Trainee to help guide and grow our sales team. This entry-level role offers an opportunity to train with the best and eventually step into a leadership position. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges. SALES ARE A MANDATORY PART OF THIS POSITION. Leads sales trainees must be comfortable engaging with customers and upselling services and products. Current Position(s) We Are Hiring For:*(Thursday-Monday, 10AM-6:30PM) Lead Sales Trainee Key Responsibilities: * Assist in driving sales goals by promoting Washman Car Wash services to customers. * Act as a brand ambassador, representing Washman's values and delivering exceptional customer service. * Work directly with the sales team and management to learn sales strategies and best practices. * Take part in daily sales operations, including customer interaction, service promotion, and upselling. * Monitor and track customer feedback, making recommendations for process improvements. * Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and motivating sales environment. Lead Sales Trainee Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Interest in sales and a desire to learn and grow in a leadership role. * A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. * Ability to meet deadlines, manage time effectively, and take initiative. * Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
