We're looking for motivated and career-driven individuals to join our team as a Manager-in-Training / Sales Associate. You'll start by learning the fundamentals of customer engagement and store operations, with a clear path toward a management position.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and recommend products or services.
• Assist in achieving individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Learn daily operations, inventory procedures, and opening/closing responsibilities.
• Support leadership with training, team communication, and problem-solving.
• Participate in company training and development programs designed to prepare you for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

:

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ambition to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and technology skills for handling transactions and reporting.
