Job Description

: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven subcontractor to join our team as a Marketing and Video Production Sales Representative. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales for our marketing and video production services. This position is ideal for an independent, motivated individual with a passion for creativity and business development.

Responsibilities

:

• Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for marketing and video production services.
• Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate the value of our offerings to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to align sales efforts with client goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing technologies.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to the management team.

Requirements

:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a creative or media environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts and video production processes.
• A knack for identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability to meet clients in St. Louis and surrounding areas.

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Prior experience in marketing or video production sales.
• Established network of contacts in the St. Louis area.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

Compensation

: This is a subcontractor role (1099) with competitive commission-based pay, offering unlimited earning potential.
