What You Bring: * 5+ years of experience in instrumentation, controls, electrical, mechanical, or industrial sales. * Progressive sales experience, preferably selling to pipeline, midstream, refineries, manufacturers, or chemical plants. * Background in a service-based business is highly preferred. * Experience selling Calibration and Rental is a plus (not required but strongly preferred). * Knowledge of calibration, test instruments, and electrical services is preferred. * Excellent problem-solving and consultative sales skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales targets. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. * Valid driver's license with a clean record (TWIC certification preferred or required upon hire). * Willingness to travel frequently, including long drives and on-site customer visits. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: * Frequent travel to customer sites, including manufacturing plants and labs. * Combination of office and field work with varied environments. * Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs.). * Adherence to safety protocols and plant security requirements.
