Minimum qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree. * Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients. Preferred qualifications: * Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders. * Experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery. * Experience with ad solutions, and in video advertising (AI-powered performance and video, CTV). * Understanding the competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising. * Excellent problem-solving, and strong investigative skills. * Ability to take ownership and proactively drive initiatives with a solution-focused attitude. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.Google Marketing Platform (GMP) is a centralized organization within Large Customer Sales (LCS), under Google's Global Business Organization, supporting Americas. GMP is core to Google strategy, and uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age.In this role, you will join a team selling and architecting sustainable, consumer-centric marketer solutions for some of the most innovative companies in the world.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the worlds biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a birds eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities * Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. * Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success. * Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives. * Set and drive goal for a vertical of Google's most strategic customers, executing business strategies to grow GMP Business through adoption and usage of the four GMP products (programmatic, measurement, search engine management, and site analytics). * Serve as a subject matter expert on Ad tech platform, provide consultative guidance to marketers and their partners on how to effectively leverage the products.
