We are looking for a committed Real Estate Assistant to become a part of our energetic team. In this position, you will assist our agents by handling administrative duties, coordinating property listings, and maintaining seamless communication with clients. Responsibilities * Complete the PLACE Launch program * Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis * Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes * Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers * Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology * Host two open houses each month * Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments * Engage in weekly script practice as per team standards * Participate in team activities according to team standards * Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls * Advise sellers, secure listings, and market their properties * Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
