Duties * Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet or exceed their sales targets. * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. * Drive upselling opportunities by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions. * Cultivate relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team effectiveness. * Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market trends. * Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly. * Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
