Are you looking for a new opportunity to leverage your sales skills? We are a rapidly growing water damage restoration company looking for a new sales representative to join our team. You will be responsible for signing contracts and other documents with the property owners that have active property damage. We are based in Temecula but cover the entire inland empire. Job duties include, but are not limited to: - Meeting directly with homeowners after water/fire damage to educate them on the claims process and sign restoration agreements -Maintaining effective communication with homeowners throughout the remediation process - Document and communicate project details to estimators and project managers - Developing positive working relationships with our customers to ensure satisfaction - Occasionally communicate with insurance Adjusters in order to ensure their satisfaction - Problem solving in the field, including resolving customer concerns and complaints - Achieving company objectives/goals in both gross sales revenue and conversion ratio The ideal candidate will posses the following qualities: - Must have face to face sales experience - Ability to close and overcome obstacles - Independent nature, self-disciplined, and good time management - Highly communicative - Multi-tasker - Team oriented - Background in construction/ home repair or insurance industry is a plus - Tech savvy -Must possess a valid driver's license Paid time off, Company paid medical, paid training, company car, company phone Hourly + bonuses Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Shift: * Day shift * Morning shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Ability to commute/relocate: * Placentia, CA 92870: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: * sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
