We're looking for a high-performing, goal-oriented Senior Sales Representative to join our team. This is a key role responsible for driving topline revenue growth through new customer acquisition in our core markets. Why Franklin Brazing? Key Responsibilities
- Drive new revenue growth in the automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors
- Identify, target, and convert high-value prospects into long-term customers
- Collaborate with executive leadership to implement strategic sales plans and meet annual revenue goals
- Evaluate prospect needs, key decision-makers, and pricing opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and expand business within newly acquired accounts Additional
Duties
- Develop and execute territory strategy plans with clear sales targets
- Travel to customer sites and industry tradeshows across North America
- Maintain consistent outbound prospecting activity, using phone, email, and industry networking to engage high-potential leads weekly
- Other duties as required by the company
Qualifications
- 15+ years of successful and quantifiable B2B sales experience
- Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing services (preferably brazing, heat-treating, or metal forming)
- Proven track record of new customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills--hunter mindset
- Highly self-motivated with a drive to exceed expectations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Comfortable traveling up to 50%, though most prospecting will be office-based
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Active participation in relevant industry associations is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $78,450.00 - $91,122.00 per year
