We're looking for a high-performing, goal-oriented Senior Sales Representative to join our team. This is a key role responsible for driving topline revenue growth through new customer acquisition in our core markets. Why Franklin Brazing? Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new revenue growth in the automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors
  • Identify, target, and convert high-value prospects into long-term customers
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to implement strategic sales plans and meet annual revenue goals
  • Evaluate prospect needs, key decision-makers, and pricing opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and expand business within newly acquired accounts Additional
Duties
  • Develop and execute territory strategy plans with clear sales targets
  • Travel to customer sites and industry tradeshows across North America
  • Maintain consistent outbound prospecting activity, using phone, email, and industry networking to engage high-potential leads weekly
  • Other duties as required by the company
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of successful and quantifiable B2B sales experience
  • Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing services (preferably brazing, heat-treating, or metal forming)
  • Proven track record of new customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills--hunter mindset
  • Highly self-motivated with a drive to exceed expectations
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Comfortable traveling up to 50%, though most prospecting will be office-based
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Active participation in relevant industry associations is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $78,450.00 - $91,122.00 per year
